Case History 1 - Modular plant

Breeding, processing and direct sales. The 100% Made in Marche poultry meat supply chain.

The Società Agricola Gabbi, a family business located in the Marche hills, managed by Roberto and his son Fabio. Their business began with the previous generation, who raised farm animals. Despite challenges, such as Covid, Fabio and his family have successfully implemented a new agricultural project, taking advantage of regional funding. Now the company relies on modern facilities for chicken breeding, slaughtering and direct sales, as well as a mill for the production of feed.

Fabio takes care of the animals following traditional and innovative methods, with a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture. They have collaborated with Sint to create a poultry slaughter plant compliant with food regulations. Fabio’s goal is to create a quality, healthy and genuine product, promoting a short and controlled supply chain. His project embraces technological innovation and the approach to the green economy, reflecting the mission of Sint Tecnologie.

Case History 2 - Fixed Plant

From the modular plant to the automatic fixed line for poultry slaughter.

Società Agricola Monelletta has undertaken a structured and gradual growth path, choosing SINT Tecnologie solutions to internalize the slaughter phase and enhance its poultry production.

In 2015, the company installed a modular plant consisting of a slaughter module and a service module, designed to meet the initial needs of a family-run agricultural business. The intervention made it possible to start slaughter directly on the farm, reducing logistics costs and improving control over the production process. Furthermore, the modular system guaranteed simple management that complies with current regulations, with a limited investment and rapid commissioning.

In the following years, the company consolidated its presence in the area and recorded a constant growth in demand. This led to the need to expand production capacity and improve operational efficiency.

In 2024, a fixed system with an automatic line of 250 chickens/hour was installed inside an existing building at the company headquarters. The solution designed by SINT involved optimizing the available spaces and customizing the line based on the required slaughter volume, always maintaining proximity management and a short supply chain.

The entire project represents a concrete example of how the modular and scalable approach of SINT solutions can accompany the evolution of a farm, starting from an initial operational nucleus up to a more complex and high-performance structure. The ongoing collaboration between the two companies is based on the flexibility of the technologies provided and the reliability of the technical support.

A success story that confirms how each SINT system is designed to grow with the customer, responding over time to ever-changing production needs.

Case History 3 - Modular Plant

A modular dairy in the heart of the Monti Sibillini National Park. Fresh, genuine and high-quality products.

Il Tesoro dei Sibillini is a farm in the heart of the National Park of the same name, with a history that dates back over 30 years, starting with the grandparents and then passed on to their children and finally to their grandchildren, Marica and Mauro. The latter, wishing to innovate the family business while preserving the traditions and the territory, chose to collaborate with SINT TECNOLOGIE to create a custom-made modular mini dairy. The dairy consists of two joined prefabricated modules, with food-grade walls, disinfectable and inspectable. The structure, 15 meters long in total, includes spaces for pasteurizing the milk, maturing the cheeses and a

complete laboratory for the production process. It is also equipped with toilets, a changing room and a small sales point. The environment is designed to ensure a continuous flow of transformation of milk into cheese. The model created allows Mauro and Marica to consolidate and enhance the family business, embracing the concept of a zero-mile agri-food supply chain. This initiative promotes innovation and sustainability, putting young entrepreneurs in an ideal position to lead the family business towards a bright future.
